Shop the Evolution offers digital downloads, print-on-demand apparel and accessories, curated physical products, and items fulfilled by trusted third-party partners. Timelines vary by product type — please review the section that applies to your order.
Digital products
Digital downloads, planners, templates, ebooks, guides, and Canva files are delivered instantly after checkout via:
- An email containing your download links and access instructions
- Your account library at /library (when signed in)
- A confirmation page with direct access immediately after payment
No shipping is required and no tracking number is generated for digital orders.
Processing times
- In-stock physical products: 1–3 business days
- Print-on-demand (apparel, accessories, mugs, prints): 2–7 business days for production
- Third-party fulfilled items: 1–5 business days, depending on the partner
- Bundled orders may ship in multiple packages from different facilities
Print-on-demand & made-to-order
Many of our apparel, accessories, and home goods are produced after you order, through partners such as Printful and similar print-on-demand providers. This keeps inventory sustainable and allows wider product variety, but production adds time before shipping.
Expect 2–7 business days of production before your tracking number is generated.

- United States: 3–7 business days (standard)
- Canada & Mexico: 6–12 business days
- Europe: 7–14 business days
- Rest of world: 10–21 business days
- Express options may be available at checkout where supported
Tracking
Once your order ships, a tracking number is automatically emailed to you. You can also view tracking inside your account. Allow 24–48 hours for tracking events to populate after the carrier scans the package.
International orders, customs & duties
We ship worldwide where carriers permit. International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees assessed by the destination country. Refused shipments due to unpaid duties are not eligible for refund.
Address accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. Orders shipped to incorrect addresses entered by the customer are not eligible for free reshipment. If you spot an error, contact us immediately at orders@shoptheevolution.com — we’ll do our best to update it before fulfillment begins.
Delays, holidays & high-volume periods
During launches, sales, holidays, and weather events, processing and carrier times may be longer than usual. We’ll communicate any significant delays via email and on-site banners.
Lost, stolen, or damaged packages
If your tracking shows delivered but you can’t locate the package, please check with neighbors, household members, and your local carrier first. Report any issue within 14 days of the delivery date to orders@shoptheevolution.com so we can investigate or file a claim with the carrier or fulfillment partner.
