I'm Kiea — the founder of Shop the Evolution and Evolve with Kiea. This is the story of how years in accounting, operations, analytics, marketing, and publishing became one connected business, and why I'm building it now.

To whoever is reading this.
I built Shop the Evolution for people who are building something—a business, a brand, a family, or a new chapter—and want tools that genuinely help.
Books worth returning to. Workbooks that give your ideas room to take shape. Resources created with intention, care, and a clear purpose.
But the vision extends beyond a store. I'm building a connected home for publishing, learning, and practical support—a place where books, tools, ideas, and resources work together instead of leaving you to piece everything together on your own.
Stay as long as you like. Explore what speaks to you, take what helps, and keep moving forward. If something here helps you take your next step with greater clarity, it has done its job.

My career began in accounting and business operations — the numbers, systems, and quiet decisions that hold a company together. Each stage after that taught me something the next one needed.

03 / A New Chapter
Starting something new with everything I've learned.

I'm beginning this chapter in my late forties, and I see that as an advantage. I'm not starting from zero. I'm starting with decades of experience in how businesses work, how decisions get made, and how people actually grow.
Evolution, to me, means growing on purpose. It doesn't mean reinventing yourself overnight. It means using what you already know to build what comes next.
I'm still learning as I build: how to run a publishing and product business with intention, how to balance creativity with strategy, and how to keep helping others while I keep growing myself.
04 / Why This Exists
The gap was never information. It was guidance.
I kept seeing the same thing, in my own work and in the businesses of people I admired: smart founders with real ideas, stitching everything together from a dozen tabs. A template here, a course there, a spreadsheet they kept meaning to fix. The tools existed. They just never added up.
So I started making the things I wished I'd had — practical tools, thoughtful writing, and resources designed to work together.
This is for founders and creators, for people in a season of personal growth, and for families raising the next generation of builders. The goal isn't to sell for the sake of selling. It's for you to leave with something useful.
05 / What I Believe
A few principles I return to.
These beliefs shape how I live, how I approach business, what I choose to create, and how I work toward the future I envision. They remind me to build with intention, stay open to learning, and make room for both ambition and humanity.
Growth has its own timeline.
Life and business rarely unfold exactly as planned. Detours, setbacks, and unexpected beginnings can teach us things that success alone never could. Progress is not always linear, but every season can offer something worth carrying forward.
Build with intention.
I believe in knowing why something deserves to exist before deciding how to build it. Whether I am developing a book, a business, a brand, or a new idea, the goal is to create something purposeful, thoughtful, and useful—not simply to add more to the world.
Experience is an asset.
The years behind us are not wasted simply because our plans have changed. Experience brings perspective, discernment, resilience, and a clearer understanding of what matters. We can use what we have learned to make more intentional decisions about what comes next.
Useful work matters.
Ideas have value, but their real potential emerges when we put them into practice. I believe in creating books, workbooks, journals, educational resources, and tools that help people think more clearly, make informed decisions, organize their ideas, and take meaningful action.
Integrity and empathy belong in business.
People are not just customers, numbers, or transactions. I believe a strong business can pursue sustainable growth while treating people with honesty, respect, and care. Thoughtful decisions, responsible marketing, clear communication, and meaningful value should work together.
Keep learning. Keep evolving.
I do not believe growth ends when we reach a particular age, title, or milestone. There is always more to understand, improve, create, and reconsider. I want the work I build—and the way I live—to reflect curiosity, humility, adaptability, and a willingness to keep moving forward.
