Our refund policy is designed to be fair to both customers and the creators behind every product. Eligibility and timelines depend on what you purchased — please find the relevant section below.
Digital products
All digital products are final sale. Once a file has been downloaded or accessed, no refund will be issued. Limited exceptions apply only when (1) the file is corrupted and we are unable to deliver a working version, or (2) you were charged twice for the same item.
Physical products
- Eligible returns are refunded to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receiving the returned item.
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.
- Print-on-demand items are only refundable for production defects, damage in transit, or fulfillment errors.
Affiliate & Amazon purchases
We do not process refunds for items purchased through our Amazon storefront or affiliate partner links. Please contact the third-party retailer directly. See our affiliate disclosure.
Services & consulting
Service engagements with Brand Evolution Marketing Agency are governed by the signed scope of work or proposal. Deposits are non-refundable once work has begun. Contact your project lead for any service-specific refund requests.
Courses & webinars
- Webinar tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the live event but may be transferred to another attendee.
- Course refunds may be available within a limited window if less than 20% of lessons have been accessed — see the course terms at checkout.
- Replays, bonuses, and downloadable workbooks are non-refundable once delivered.
Memberships & subscriptions
Memberships can be canceled anytime from your account. Cancellation stops future billing but does not refund prior charges. No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current billing period.
How to request a refund
Email orders@shoptheevolution.com with:
- Your order number
- Reason for the request
- Any supporting photos or screenshots
We’ll review and respond within 1–2 business days. Approved refunds are typically returned within 5–10 business days from approval.
