This policy describes how Shop the Evolution (operated by Evolve with Kiea) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit our site, purchase a product, subscribe to Life in Evolution, attend a webinar, or interact with us in any other way.
Information we collect
- Account info: name, email, password (hashed), and optional profile details
- Order info: shipping/billing address, items purchased, order history
- Payment info: handled by our payment processors — we never see or store full card numbers
- Communications: support emails, contact form submissions, survey responses
- Newsletter: email, optional first name, opt-in segments and preferences
- Usage data: pages viewed, links clicked, device/browser metadata, approximate location (from IP)

- Process and fulfill orders, including coordinating with shipping and print-on-demand partners

Data retention
We keep order, account, and tax records for as long as required for business and legal purposes (typically 7 years). Marketing data is kept for as long as you remain subscribed. You may request deletion at any time.

Children’s privacy
Our store is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Kids Hub products are intended for purchase by parents and guardians.

We are based in the United States. If you’re outside the U.S., your data will be transferred to and processed in the U.S. and other countries where our processors operate.
