Returns Policy

Clear rules for physical and made-to-order products.

Physical products (in-stock)

In-stock physical products are eligible for return within 14 days of delivery, provided they are:

  • Unused, unworn, and unwashed
  • In original packaging with tags attached
  • Free of fragrance, makeup, or signs of wear

Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Print-on-demand & made-to-order

Apparel, accessories, mugs, and prints produced on demand are not eligible for return for buyer’s remorse, sizing changes, or color preference — every piece is made specifically for your order. We will replace or refund items that arrive damaged, misprinted, or different from what was ordered. See order issues for the resolution process.

Digital products

Due to the instant nature of digital delivery, all digital products are non-returnable and non-refundable once the file has been delivered or accessed. This includes planners, templates, ebooks, guides, Canva files, printables, and bundles. Please review product previews and descriptions carefully before purchase. See our refund policy for limited exceptions.

Non-returnable items

  • Digital downloads and template files
  • Print-on-demand and personalized items
  • Final sale, clearance, and discounted items marked as such
  • Gift cards and store credit
  • Course access, webinar tickets, and membership fees
  • Affiliate purchases (these are governed by the third-party retailer’s policy)

How to start a return

Email orders@shoptheevolution.com within the eligibility window with:

  • Your order number
  • The item(s) you’d like to return
  • Photos if the item arrived damaged or defective
  • A short note about the reason for the return

We’ll reply within 1–2 business days with next steps and (if approved) a return address.

Exchanges

We don’t process direct exchanges. If you need a different size or product, return the original (where eligible) and place a new order.

Affiliate & Amazon purchases

Items purchased through our Amazon storefront or affiliate links are sold by the third-party retailer (Amazon, brand partner, etc.). All returns and refunds for those items must be processed directly with the seller. See our affiliate disclosure.
