How downloads work
- Review the access instructions supplied with your purchase
- Check the email address used at checkout for order details and any download links
- If access instructions are missing, contact us with your order number
Where to find your files
Start with the access instructions for your purchase. The account library is still in development; if you cannot find your files, visit Contact with your order number.
Using Canva templates
- If your purchase includes a Canva template, use the link in its access instructions
- If prompted, sign into your free or Pro Canva account
- Canva opens a fresh editable copy in your account — the original template stays untouched
- Edit, customize, download as PDF/PNG/JPG, and reuse as often as you like
File compatibility
- PDFs open in any PDF reader (Adobe Reader, Preview, browser)
- Canva templates require a free Canva account
- Notion templates require a free Notion account
- Google Docs/Sheets templates require a free Google account
Expired or broken links
If a download link has expired or does not open, email orders@shoptheevolution.com with your order number and the link you received.
I didn’t receive my email
- Check spam, promotions, and updates folders
- Confirm you used the correct email at checkout
- Add orders@shoptheevolution.com to your contacts
- Contact us with your order number if access instructions are missing
Printing tips
- Print at 100% / actual size (no scaling) for accurate dimensions
- Use 24+ lb paper for planner pages and worksheets
- Cardstock works well for covers, dashboards, and tabs
