Secure checkout
Checkout is powered by Shopify’s PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant infrastructure. All payment pages and data transmissions are encrypted using TLS 1.2+. We never see, handle, or store your full credit card details.
Payment protection
- Cards are processed via Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, and Shop Pay
- Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Shop Pay add device-level biometric protection
- Refund requests are processed back to the original payment method
Data handling
- Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes — even our team cannot read them
- Customer data is stored on Supabase and Shopify infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
- Access to admin systems is restricted, audited, and protected by strong authentication
- We follow the principle of least privilege when granting team access

- Use a strong, unique password — consider a password manager
- Never share your login or download links with others
- Sign out on shared devices
- Watch for phishing — we’ll never ask for your password by email
