Checkout availability
The merchandise bag and review page use Shopify cart data. Before leaving the review page, the site checks the checkout destination. If that destination cannot be verified, you remain on the review page. This does not confirm that payments are currently available.
Payment protection
- Available payment methods, gift-card redemption and financing options have not been confirmed
- Do not send card details or payment credentials through our contact forms or email
- Contact us with questions about checkout availability or an order
Data handling
- Account passwords are stored as one-way hashes — even our team cannot read them
- Customer data is stored on Supabase and Shopify infrastructure with encryption at rest and in transit
- Access to admin systems is restricted, audited, and protected by strong authentication
- We follow the principle of least privilege when granting team access
Protect your account
- Use a strong, unique password — consider a password manager
- Never share your login or download links with others
- Sign out on shared devices
- Watch for phishing — we’ll never ask for your password by email
