Our intellectual property
All site content, branding, copy, photography, courses, and digital products (including planners, templates, ebooks, Canva files, and printables) are owned by Evolve with Kiea or its licensors. See our Digital Product Licensing for usage rights.
Reporting infringement of our work
If you’ve found our digital products being resold, redistributed, or copied without authorization, please email orders@shoptheevolution.com with:
- The infringing URL(s) or platform/listing name
- Screenshots showing the unauthorized use
- Your name and how you discovered it (optional but helpful)
Filing a DMCA notice against our content
If you believe content on shoptheevolution.com infringes your copyright, send a written notice including:
- Your physical or electronic signature
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed
- Identification of the material that is claimed to be infringing (URL)
- Your contact information (address, phone, email)
- A statement that you have a good faith belief the use is not authorized
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner

Counter-notices
If your content was removed and you believe it was in error, you may submit a counter-notice including the same elements above plus a statement of consent to jurisdiction.
Repeat infringers
We terminate accounts and revoke licenses of users who repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights, in accordance with applicable law.
