• Access is granted to the registered customer only — no sharing of logins or replay links
• Webinar invites are sent via email and Eventbrite (or our course platform) once registration is confirmed
• Course access is delivered immediately upon payment unless the program is cohort-based
• Lifetime access (where offered) means access for the lifetime of the product/platform, not a guarantee of perpetual support

Live sessions occur at the time advertised in your registration. We make every effort to start on time, record the session (when announced), and send the recording within 24–48 hours.

• Replays are made available where indicated on the registration page
• Replays may be removed after a stated availability window — download anything you want to keep
• Bonus materials, workbooks, and templates are licensed under our Digital Product Licensing

• Webinar tickets are non-refundable within 7 days of the live event but may be transferred to another attendee
• Course refunds may be available within a limited window if less than 20% of lessons have been accessed — refer to the specific course terms at checkout
• Bonus materials, replays, and downloadable workbooks are non-refundable once delivered
