Building in Real Time
Why I'm Building This in Public
On choosing transparency over polish, and why the messy middle is the most honest part of any brand story.
There's a version of this brand that already exists in my head — fully launched, perfectly merchandised, with a tidy origin story and a press kit to match. I could have waited for that version. Most founders do.
Instead, I'm publishing the in-between. The pivots, the half-finished drops, the things I'm still learning out loud. Not because it's strategic content — because it's the truest thing I have to offer right now.
If you've ever felt like you had to be "ready" before you started, this is your sign that ready is a moving target. The brands I trust most aren't the loudest ones. They're the ones who let you see the seams.
I'm building this in real time — learning, refining, creating, and sharing the process as it grows. Founder Notes is where I document the lessons, pivots, and honest moments behind the evolution.
