Strategy Notes
What I Stopped Doing This Quarter
A short list of things I removed from the business — and the metrics that didn't move when I did.
I stopped posting daily. I stopped running paid traffic to a top-of-funnel that wasn't converting. I stopped trying to be on every platform.
None of those metrics dropped. Some went up. Attention isn't reach — it's resonance with the right person.
Right now I'm protecting one channel (the newsletter), one offer (the storefront), and one weekly note (this one). Everything else has to earn its way back in.
Subtraction is the underrated growth lever. Every removed thing freed budget for the one that worked.
